guy looks like a younger thinner version of Oxx

Gixxers gonna gixx. What an idiot though. It sucks that a good bike like a GSXR gets a bad name because of idiots and squids like this riding them. In fact it just makes the sportbike community in general look bad. You just can't fix stupid I guess.

70 miles on 1 tank? Is that right?
If you ain't first......you're last!
At a sustained 100-180mph? I'm surprised he made it THAT far.

“It's 2 minutes for any capable adult.”
My Texan is a little rusty. How fast did he say he was going when the deputy was keeping up with him?
“On-hundred-eighty-nine when we were in the straights,” Pfohl said smugly about his speed while KXAS-TV cameras were rolling. “This dude [motions toward a state trooper] was keeping up with me, like, on the toll road, [Interstate] 635, like 160, 70. You kept up with me easily, 160, 70.”
160-170 indicated, so that's about 140-150 real ground speed. Pretty impressive for a cruiser.
Pursuing at those speeds for a simple speeding charge? Sounds really stupid. What kind of patrol car was it, a Charger? Not sure I'd be comfortable in a Charger at those speeds, or any standard issue cop car for that matter. Even if it has cop tires, cop suspension, cop brakes, cop motor.....
I don't condone high speed chases, just due to the danger that the general public gets placed in during them, but I think you may be surprised at the capability of the police package vehicles at higher speeds. They do some things to them suspension, braking and power wise that they don't really publish that make them fairly capable at speed.
Do you s'pose there might be a -1 +20 gearing situation here? And that he has no idea?
