I love my RC, just saying.

If you can swing two bikes, that's the way to go for sure. I'd buy something like a a mean streak to keep my RC company if I could afford it. As far as the RC goes.... there are a few things. It is one of the most uncomfortable bikes I've ever ridden. I should say it "WAS". I sent my stock seat to guy in Florida and it came back 100% more comfy and still looks stock. The other big complaint which was touched on earlier is the heat. They run hot unless your moving pretty good. I've never had it over heat, but it's gotten hotter than I would like for sure. Great sounding bike, handles 3k better than my old TLR.
The Mean streak isn't too bad of a cruiser. I believe it uses zx-12r brakes, has a tach, 17'' rims with a 120/70/17 front and a 180/55/17 rear, but I find myself dragging the pegs constantly.
Now I'm starting to drag the brackets for the foot pegs, it's a little scary when the bike becomes unweighted.![]()
If you are aiming for one bike than get a sport touring bike like the VFR or triumph ST1050. Both are very comfortable compared to your GSXR and can handle quite well (edge to the VFR in handling, motor to ST)
Well I have an RC51 and boy do i love it... but its just to uncomfortable to be more than a 50 mile bike for me. I would be awesome to make a standard style bike out of one though!
And DRZ400 sm, had one right before the RC and i think that will be my next bike when i get settled in florida and can afford a bike again. But it will get big bore, cams, ssw exhaust. I ultimately want 3 bikes in the stable, a harley road king, supermoto and naked sport.

If you'd like to take my ST2 for a spin, I doubt you'll find a better "Sport" bike that offers more comfort (maybe VFR800, but OEM bags are nice to have).
An ST4s is 176mph capable, 2-up and comes with an Ohlins out back (remote preload adjuster = win!) You don't sacrifice much over a full on sports bike, and you can ride it all day long and then some... and it'll sound better than an RC-51 (matter of opinion).
There is nothing in the world like Vboost.

My bikes better than all those, mostly 'cause I say so.
