Burned home from Adirondacks
Happily all NY and Ma were broadcasting radar so knew they were there a mile in advance

The cunts were out on 93 pulling cars over 50 ft after the "speed limit enforced by aircraft" signs, me thinks that setup...
Ticket for 68 in a 50 on April 14. Just got my notification in the mail. Pretrial conference scheduled for August 2nd. I'll wait a couple weeks to file my discovery requests and continuance motions.
Whole ticket is roughly $150. My goal is to make sure they spend more money collecting my discovery documentation than they will make from the ticket (which actually isn't that much).![]()
Send it in the last day, file for a continuance and a motion for discovery! Make the bastards earn it!
They will earn it. I've accepted the fact that it's going to cost me $150 (for my first ever ticket).
Now it's just a matter of how much of a fly can I be in the ointment. If I could escape without 3 points, that'd be great.
90/13 is tricky, it's officially listed as a surchargeable MGL but that isn't always the case when it's final. ambiguous legal text in MA, surprising, i know...even the people that manage the SDIP system will admit that section is a confusing one. you can call the SDIP dept directly, let them know the details on the citation and they'll be able to tell you how it'll play out if you are found responsible. i'll try to dig up the number for you tomorrow.

middleboro barracks? Operated rt 24? Complete asshole? Typical marine holier than thou attitude?
This could be my guy? Sweet! Might not even have to appear before the judge.
Was that the guy that pulled you over? You should've batted your eyelashes and unbuttoned a few then.

High and tight haircut 'cos he cant get over the fact he isnt a marine any more
Attitude problem
Thinks he can break the law because of his uniform and gun.
Hmmm. Nope, that doesnt narrow it down. could still be any traffic warden.

I'm pretty sure you can't hold his haircut against him, as its a uniform issue.
And if it isn't a technical requirement, I'm positive it's one of those unwritten rules.
Carry on.

It is, and only they can change that.
Always were curious what's up with the uniform choice of the Mass state police. Looks like some have the power envy.
I have been amazed that the sheeple allow on the water stops WITHOUT an observable infraction or suspicion

While deriding Marines is easy and fun, and he served in both, picture showed a 24th Division MP patch, AKA the Yankee Division, a National Guard unit.
Just looked it up,
Jasinskas received several awards during his 22-year military career. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1991 until 2002, and in the Army National Guard from 2004 until his death, military records show. He served in Afghanistan from 2010 to 2012.
He received the Bronze Star for combat service overseas, the Defense Meritorious Service medal, the Afghanistan campaign medal with two campaign stars and the Iraq campaign medal with campaign star. He also received two National Defense Service medals, among several other military medals and decorations.

Best car graphics, though....
You have to work pretty hard to get any law enforcement action on a boat. In Boston Harbor there are EP, USCG, MSP, and Boston Harbor police and even on a summer weekend we usually don't see any of the above.
And they don't do sailboats, they usually won't even approach one.
We don't expect any boats but commercial craft to obey Right-Of-Way rules on a summer weekend.
