Made a call. Hobbs says it needs some work but definately doable.

New rim and straighten a fork and it is rideable. Needs some other bits and pieces but $1000 in repairs would get you a good rideable bike.

$3500 for the bike (Per Hobbs above) plus $1000 to fix. =$4500 ($3500 would make it MINTY at $7000).
