Exit 18S is the Mass Ave Connector Exit, or you can go straight on Frontage Road. They seemed to have gotten on at the JFK exit from another video, if so they looped around somewhere.
Looks like six quads and nearly 30 Bikes. 617KIDDD_ on Instagram apparently posted a video but it seems to have been removed.

Seems like it was a mostly brazilian crew. Having ridden in Latin America, where it's like the wild west and people on atvs/mx bikes are pretty much above the law, or at least apart from it, I can see where these guys might not understand the consequences. They will understand it shortly though...

How much of a penalty do you think they are going to get? The guy who supposedly took a run at the cops and got popped in the foot is out on $2000 bail. I don't see them getting much more than a slap on the wrist.
