New Sportrider came today. There's a great article on Edwards' riding school.
Dirtbike school, Saloon / hotel, shooting range, go-karts, paintball, etc etc.
When are we going?! NESR group trip?
A friend did the American Classic Racing one (think I got the name right) and said it was the most fun he's had but the Edwards one looks incredible.
2013 ZX6R-636
I read that too, interesting concept, similar to the Kenny Roberts ranch in Spain.
I travel to that area often and may have to check it out but I bet it's pricey!
Boot Camp ruled. Going back in Spring.
What is the cost?
2250
VIP is more
2001 KTM Duke II
thought the wife and I might go.......$2250 is kinda steep....the wife might have to stay home...
That is steep, especially if you don't like guns!!
that's for the 4 day camp and includes pretty much everything, bike, gear, accommodations, food, plus the extra curricular activities.
there's also 1 and 2 day camps for a lot less.

I read the Roadracing World article a while back... sounds like a cool place... ripping dirtbikes around w/cut slicks for rears in the sand... great way to develop better feel for sliding the rear.

"So this is what your race program has become... the back of a pickup truck huh?" -PK
Richie: Next time I go (bringing JRO this time) it's for a private camp, not a public one. :-/ Sorry bud. 1st time I went was normal public camp. I think...maybe.. I'll let you know. Maybe I'll go twice this year and bring JRO to public camp not private camp.
Heh. Guns.. This is typical picture at Colin's house. Just your normal entry way table.

All i could think about the whole time i was reading the article in Sport rider was how much i would love to go to this school, i started as a dirty rider and always will be at heart, just moved to street in the last few years. too bad the cost is so high =-/
Again, worth noting, camp is all inclusive

- Bikes

- Ammo
- Paintball
- Karting
- Music
- Pictures
- MONSTER ENERGY
- Rides to airport
helps break the cost down.
