Finest road gloves I have ever owned

I have a 5 year old pair of Held Hawk gloves that I simply love. They are made of extremely supple and tough kangaroo skin, are waterproof, and are comfortable in a wide temperature range. They stopped making them quite awhile ago, and I have been dreading the day I have to replace them with a lesser glove. Well, there's tons of them on eBay right now. They are kangaroo skin, well, the ones I have are... They look identical, are made by the same maker and have the same model name.

They really are waterproof. That said, if it's really coming down hard, I put Aerostich Triple Digit Rain covers over any glove I am wearing. No reason not to.

They accepted my "best offer" of $80 + $8.99 shipping. I was prepared to go higher. I would suggest aiming lower...

I bought my same pair three seasons ago at Motomarket for a lot more. They are great gloves. The only thing I wish they had more knuckle protection. The little wiper on the pointy finger works great.

I paid full retail at MM when I bought them. No regrets, I was willing to spend full retail again...

I wear (and bought) XXXL gloves, maybe those are harder to sell so perhaps they were willing to come down to $80 without any counter offers.
