Slip-on friendly RI Inspection?

Just swapped my bike to RI registration, any suggestions on who won't break chops over a slip on?

Inspection? What is that? I have owned bikes in RI for15 years and never had one inspected. I haven't had a problem yet, and I have been stopped a few different times.

Doesn't the bike need an inspection sticker on the license plate?

Yes, usually on the right side of your rear fender. Some cops are real sticklers for it.

to me its worth paying the 12$ (or whatever it is) to not have to deal with problems later
