    When a new GSXR 1000 is $15,599 I’m not sure I’d call the SP a bike for the wealthy. More expensive, yes. Better, yes. Worth it? Up to the buyer.

    No, there’s no 37k bike in my future. My GSXR cost yardstick was not good. Think big custom Harley instead. Plenty of those in the trailer park!😎

    For those chaffing at the price, Ducati used to get $37k+ for SPs over a decade ago, so factor inflation in and this new one isn't that bad.
