My season has ended and trailer parked for next 8 months. Do people typically put a cover over the trailer for the long winter months? I am concerned about developing leaks and rusting obviously, as our winters are harsh.
Something like this worth it?
Amazon.com: ADCO 46003 SFS Aqua-Shed Bumper-Pull Horse Trailer Cover - 12'1" to 14': Automotive
My trailer is 20 years old and sits outside. It has never leaked. I'm more concerned about the tires rotting than covering it.
First, what is this crap about your season being over?! Sunday it's the Center 15 battle royale in Unlimited Supersport, remember?
I haven't covered my trailer either, and so far no leaks/etc. I do make sure to brush snow off the roof after every storm, and store it tilted forward to keep water from sitting up there.
Both bikes are nearly unridable after recent suspension tweaks and not having a baseline before tweaks. Suit is too tight because my upper body got bigger. Crash may not be out of my head. All in, I have not felt right on a bike in 4-5 days. Time for Ctrl-Alt-Del and too late in season for a reboot.
I plan to come up Sunday to cheer Team Just In Time Yamaha!
