So I'm riding along today and finally get to my favorite twisties when I see the first of my extreme feelings for the day. Allow me to list them for you.
Best Feelings
1) Seeing the road sign for twisties next 15 miles
Worst
1) Seeing the sign next to the previous one that says "Target Enforced Area" ouch
Best
2) Seeing that my favorite road is FRESHLY PAVED!!! wooo hoooo
Worst
2) Seeing the sign 3/4 of the way down the road that says "uneven pavement" and realizing the road is not quite finished. damn.
what about you all for things when you ride?
Best: out enjoying the weather on a beautiful afternoon on my way home from work on my brand spanking new bike
Worst: needing to test out the stopping ability because there's a damned BEAR in my lane!

Best: Waking up at noon.
Worst: Leave for Easter dinner at the relatives 45 min after.
Best: riding a bunch of fun twisty roads last night that i've never seen before.
Worst: Hitting a possum on my way home.
Even worse: Picking some fur out of my fairing this morning.
Best: Day of perfect weather, beautiful roads, and feeling really connected with the bike all day.
Worst: Hitting that 25mph corner at 60mph and seeing loose rocks in the middle of the lane and having to stand the bike up, stand on the brakes, and hope a tire doesnt wash out as you roll over the loose crap.
I know a little about everything, and alot about nothing.
Best: Out for my first long ride of the season...Yeah!!!
Worst: Hitting a huge pothole and almost losing it..![]()

Best.... driving 2 hours to go offroad riding, riding for 5 hours hours and having an absolute blast![]()
Worst... driving home... and the wait until the next time you go![]()

Best: Having a day were everything is clicking just right, nailing a squirl in the middle of a hard corner, and not even panic because you are in the zone.
Worst: Same idea, only put a moose where the squirl was, and a lot more panic.
None Bike Related Best: The other night I'm putting my 2 year old to bed. She grabs my face to give me a kiss, and says "Daddy, your a good daddy."

Worst: Brother telling me Cleveland has now finished installing red light cameras at every single intersection in the entire metro area... knowing it's only a matter of time before it begins here.
Best: trackdays

Worse: Sitting on a motorcycle forum 7 months later reading about everyone else, still with no bike, knowing that It'll be another year until you can start looking into getting one.![]()

No, I bought it private. Was a bit anxious about the season though.
Best: Going out in your new leathers on a 75 degree day through the twisties
Worst: Having to push the last two miles back to school when the bike shits the bed
Even worse: could have happened farther out.
Best:
Learning to ride the track, getting smoother and faster.
Leaving for an overnight trip riding into the sunset, even if it's on the slab.
Worst:
Riding down expressway at 10PM in rain storm on stripped pavement in traffic while tired.
Realizing I missed spotting a road hazard like a left turning car, etc. and visualizing an accident situation.
