Hey folks,

Can any of you recommend a place with a good deal of Arai helmets in stock? I'm in the market for a new lid, and am in love with this one:

But spending $700 on a helmet without trying it on scares the shit out of me. I've got a 2XL HJC right now that fits me perfectly - anyone know if the sizing between the two brands is close?

Yes. I was there trying them on a few weeks ago. Paul was pretty helpful. Be prepared to pay MSRP though, and they don't have a huge selection in stock (but can order anything).

We have just about one of each size in our shop to fit you correctly. Then we can order the exact one you want and have it shipped to you for free within 1-3 days.
Seacoast is probably the closest to you though.

Arai is the only helmet I will wear. I have an Aria Vector (Blue) to match the Gladius. Used to have a Kevin Schwantz replica when I got my 88 Slingshot Gixr.

You could always buy the Shark RSX I have for sale??? $250 for a $400+ helmet. Its never been worn.

MotoMarket in Acton, MA is a great place for Arai helmets. I tried on 4 or 5 and my wife must ahve gone through 8 or 9 before we got just the right fit and shape. Paul and Judy know their stuff on these lids... worth every penny.

i got my first helmet from there and they didnt even bother to make sure it fit.

They have lost my business since then for multiple reasons.
