I was changing my oil on the RC , and noticed that it was leaking antifreeze. I started the bike up and it was leaking from the radiator hose , not the part of the hose thats on the radiator ,but the part that disapears under the tank. It was dripping down the hose from under the tank , Cant see were it terminates. so I was looking at the radiator, and noticed that the bottom mount on the radiator snaped off, Its all there. I think from the radiator flopping around , the hose got loose. correct me if im wrong. any exceptions to fixing the mount. Thanks
Take it to a radiator shop and have them weld it or whatever the hell they do. I snapped a tab off my gsxr's rad and took it to a shop that welded it tested it and all that jazz for 40$ and it was mint. Sucks to have to pull it all apart but if it needs it let me know I could always grab it and bring it to my guy.
DURAFIX
Bring it over and see what I can do. You can grab those boots as well.
I had to weld up 2 fins on my 636 radiator and removed extra ports. I filled them in flush.

Hey, just read this. The radiators on the RC are connected to each other. That hose goes across the bike to the other side (through the frame under the tank)and it likes to wiggle loose from all of the vibration. Pull the radiators and have them checked (both) but then when you put it back together, use locktite on the hose clamps. Thats what I ended up doing last fall and it seems to have worked.
Thanks everyone.Gino helped me weld the radiator up
. very appreciative of the fact he took 3hours of his time to help me out. everyone is so helpful and they're always willing to give a hand
..... Thanks again
