I've been wanting to convert an older Kawi 250 into an electric bike. My buddy works for a company that tests the A123 batteries and we have chatted about this numerous times. Niether of us really have the tools required to make the custom parts I'm sure we'll will need though.

Some day I'll have a shop with a mill machine and an engine lathe were I can make dreams happen, till then i will just keep on dreaming!
