    PUIG Double Bubble ZX-6R

    Hey Everyone,

So I just got in my smoked double-bubble for my ZX-6r and installed it (looks f*cking awesome and I can finally see 100% of my instrumentation while riding!). One question I had was about the rubber coping that came with it. This was my first time installing an aftermarker windscreen so I'm not even sure what this is for. My assumption is that this goes on the edges of the screen between itself and the nose fairing to create a sort of water-tight seal but I can't be sure. I actually installed the screen without it just to see how it looks before I got the verdict on what this is. No instructions came with the screen.

I believe it goes on the top edge of the windscreen.

Top edge? As in what would be closest to my face when it is installed?

It goes on the top edge to provide a more "finished" look. I don't run it on mine.

Also less likely to chip it if you bump it with your helmet.
