Been shopping around for a ~05-07 GSX-R 600/750 and found a few super clean bikes with rebuild titles. Obvious concerns are frame damage/hidden problems and resale value.
What are your thoughts on buying/selling with a rebuilt title? Any advice? How does it usually affect resale value?
On a side note, Craigslist is a bitch and everyone thinks their bike is a precious fucking jewel worth a million bucks (even though it has 32k and just needs a "few things")

Rebuilt title means a good chunk less resale value, like 50% less if not worse.
Also, keep in mind that most lenders won't finance a "branded" title.
Cool. Yeah I'm buying outright/partial trade and do plan on just riding the snot out of it.

Hard to sell a rebuilt out of state.

They can be difficult or outright impossible to insure. Not every company will insure a rebuilt bike.
Personally I would never do it. You never know for sure what has been affected and people never 100 percent fix everything damaged. I have friends that have though and come out really well. But I would personally rather just wait till I found a killer deal on a cherry bike end of season.

Oops looks like that's just what you did. Good find!
