I am having an issue where my bike seems like it is bogging down real bad when I try to get going. It runs and sounds fine on idle and if revving in neutral. In gear, it is very slow to get going and almost feels as if I'm in 2nd or 3rd gear instead of 1st. It feels as if I can go through the gears fine, just not starting smooth and feels as if there is no torque. Bike is a 1998 Honda Superhawk, 24K, rode fine a couple weeks ago the last time I was on it, this issue is new today. Not even sure where to begin with this one. Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Mouse nest in the airbox. ('Tis the season....)
Go fast. Have fun. Repeat.
Aaaaand the problem was?...

Leaking petcock diaphragm. Found fresh fuel on the underside of the tank when I got back from a short ride today. Might not be THE problem, but it will be a good place to start. I'll deal with it in the spring. Thanks again.
