    man sorry to hear, but like others said don't worry about it. You were honest and informed him of all imperfections. After knowing and seeing those imperfections he agreed to purchase and signed the "as is " BOS.

    The guy used up all his chances of you being a nice guy by being a dick from the get-go. 'As is' means just that, he owns it as he bought it (straight, damaged, etc.). You had a clause in there about the motor being junk, but that was taken care of when he got it started. If you wanted to be a nice guy, you could do him the incredible favor of helping him out, legally you have no obligation. Good luck...
