God hell! I think I see the pattern! This one sounds like real trouble! You're going to need plenty of legal advice before this thing is over. As your attorney I must advise you that you'll need a very fast car with no top and after that, the cocaine. And then the tape recorder, for special music, and some Acapulco shirts...
This blows my weekend, because naturally I'll have to go with you -- and we'll have to arm ourselves.
I gotta keep reminding myself that a sense of humor is

Now my boss just looked over my shoulder and asked me
why I am not working!

man sorry to hear, but like others said don't worry about it. You were honest and informed him of all imperfections. After knowing and seeing those imperfections he agreed to purchase and signed the "as is " BOS.
You're still in the clear. You didn't sell him a house, you sold him a motorcycle. There's no lemon law that I know of on a private sale of a motorcycle. You both signed a contract stating 'as seen, as is'...

Did you grit your teeth and try to look like Clint Fuckin' Eastwood?
Or did you lisp it all hangfisted like a fuckin' flower?
The guy used up all his chances of you being a nice guy by being a dick from the get-go. 'As is' means just that, he owns it as he bought it (straight, damaged, etc.). You had a clause in there about the motor being junk, but that was taken care of when he got it started. If you wanted to be a nice guy, you could do him the incredible favor of helping him out, legally you have no obligation. Good luck...

...but all in all seriousness, I'm with this guy. Don't worry about him. He'll give up when he realizes he should be shot for being an idiot.
