    I owned a house that bordered palmer. They even had to get my approval to build near my land. It ruined my property value because no one wanted to live near a track. I was thinking it would increase my value but I was wrong. Probably cost me 20% depreciation.

    Very niche mkt for sure. The price is within reason, but it depends on how much clean and fix up is required? That's why I was thinking short term rental mkt. might work? not sure how they use the motorcross track? is it just a practice place or do they race on it?
