So my wife is on her way to pick up an old honda 50cc spree. Problem is it has zero paperwork from ct. Im pretty sure Ma doesnt require a title or prior registration for a 50cc but can anyone confirm quickly. It's gonna be in my drive way in a few hours unless i can prove it does need paperwork.
All I found is http://www.massrmv.com/rmv/license/7moped.htm
FORM: http://www.massrmv.com/rmv/forms/20017.pdf
The form says you only need a bill of sale.

“It's 2 minutes for any capable adult.”
well it turns out i didnt need to be concerned. In typical craigslist list fashion the seller was a complete and utter liar. My wife drove 2 hours to the middle of Ct to see and its in the guys driveway in pieces. It had clearly been down and was missing the mirrors and body parts. The pics he sent were actually a different bike than the one my wife saw. Quick compression check yielded zero psi. Guy tried telling her he was using it the other day. She walked away.
Sometimes the scumbags on craigslist do us a favor. If that guy was even slightly honest she would have bought it and i would be dumping money into it. I'm just glad i dodged the bullet. I consider the $100 in gas a lose though.
Maybe a classic Puch.

I wish. She really wants a Vespa but was willing to settle for a honda. Anything else isn't gonna cut it for her.
Your not driving a 2014 range rover nor are you figuring tolls.
Kind of ironic that they call it a range rover when it's quite the opposite. No I don't have one. I'd still be near 50 with tolls. I don't think I would be scrounging craigslist for a moped if I could afford a rover
