New Track in MA??

I heard a blurb on the radio that a company had submitted plans to build a 2 mile road course in a town in western MA. I missed the name of the town but they said it was near Weare,MA. Supossedly the plan is in a residential area, so they have to get a varience to build a commercial facility, but the story said that the facility would add 50k in property taxes per year so hopefully that will sway the towns people.

Someone tryed to build a drag strip in Warren a few years back, the neighbors and enviro-nazis shut it down . I'd love to see it happen , but bet it won't.

Orange, Ma was supposed to be the site of a dragstrip years ago. The town would not go fit it.

Ware would be pretty neat to have track at. Twenty minute trip for track day!
