I got my Tiger from them and couldn't agree more.

Bought my Daytona from them back in '07. Best dealer experience I have had in all departments. Also the only dealer I found(Triumph dealer anyway) that was open to test rides any time prior to purchase. Well worth the drive up from Westborough MA as opposed to buying from Performance Cycles. I went to Performance first, as they were 10 minutes away from my home, with all intentions of signing paperwork that day, and they refused to let me test ride one prior to signing. I would definitely go back to SecondWind for my next BMW or Triumph purchase.
I get a lot of my parts from Second Wind and they do whatever work I don't want to do myself. It's a great bike shop. They let me try the 675 when it first came out even though I told them I wasn't in the market. I almost bought one because of that ride.

I bought a R1100S from them when they were in a little shop next to the train tracks in Milford. Good guys, but I didn't get to test ride it...
That F800GS is a bad ass bike - great motor. I have 2 friends with them.

I bought my 675 from them. Nothing but positive things to say. The only down side is I don't live closer, so I can't have them do maintenance that I don't want to or can't do myself.
I almost bought my Triumph from them this summer, but ended up going with a private seller. If I were to buy a new Triumph or BMW I would definitely go there.
Another Positive Feedback for Secondwind BWM. I saw my F800ST online as a one owner used bike. I dealt with Nic in Sales. The transaction couldn't have been better, no stress, no pressure and they worked with me as I had to wait for my last Insurance Check. Then I worked with Kristine in F&I and had another no pressure pleasant time. Everyone I talked to was professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them again. Typical of a Doug deal.. I rode away in the rain... but smiling ! !

They are also a dealer for Olympia Motosports gear, makers of some of the highest-viz gear around.
They host rides on occasion as well.

I have been avoiding going back there for fear of my credit cards safety....
Doug, awesome to hear you had as good of an experience as Alicia and I did.... You are gonna have to come riding with us more, now that you have a proper bike....![]()
Paul was just saying the same thing last night. Darrell is about the coolest. I was making an R100S streetable again a few years ago, he looked at the thing, it had a bad rear fender. Before I could pull out he says "wait right there" and goes running into the building.
Comes back out with a new fender.
"I knew there was a reason I should keep that thing around."
"Wow man what do I owe you?"
"Nothing. Just get the bike back in shape for me."
And we did.
SecondWind does all the bigger maintenances on my TT600. Ive never had anything but good experiences with them as well. The owner saw me trying to load my bike in a trailer one day and came out to help, even giving me some straps to use. (friends trailer didnt have ANYTHING in it).
