I may not be fast, but one thing I am consistantly told is that I pick up the line fast. The follow the leader session on a new track is for a reason, pay the fuck attention.
I just close my eyes and PRAY....
Then again I have only been on one track.![]()

Generally takes me 1/2 a session to learn 90% of a new track. Next 1/2 of the session and start of the next I dial in trouble points.
Lap 1 you figure out which way the track goes
Lap 2 you find the apex points
Lap 3 you pick up the pace and start finding exit and enter points
Lap 4 you are starting to pick up pace.
Fine-tune. Always 1 or 2 'tricky' spots where you need to perhaps ask some advice or watch a local.

Gas, brake, lean, pray.
