Wanting to avoid the lengthy bolt/wrench/tighten thing, I went with velcro.

I have no cage right now, so I ride everyday, last thursday evening I had a meeting in west lebanon, it was 40° for that ride home, but with electrics, vest & grips, I'm just as warm as in a cage.
