CEO & Bergs saw me do the part in bold, and were doing the asking in the first. As an addition to the first, maybe "1a" so to speak, perhaps we should add "You're pretty sure you're all right, but have a really hard time convincing anyone else of it"?
Damn, never knew I was leaning it so far! I thought I just sucked out loud right there.
How bout when they ask you your name you reply with "i'm batman"
When I bought my 94 gixxer 750 it came with GP shift, as the owner also raced and kept his street bike set up like the track bike. I rode the bike without a problem, up is down, down is up. I did however switch it back after. More positive up shifts with GP shift? I can't remember my last missed shift. Then again Suzuki builds an excellent gear box.
As for a deterrent to try to talk people out of wanting to ride your bike......just say no kids. Easy as that.
Well, I'd been thinking about it after wishing I could more easily shift while hanging off at the last few trackdays..and y'all convinced me. The 250 is now running GP shift.
Took it for a ride today, not hard at all to adjust to so far...only shift-related issue was starting in second at one point instead of first because I went down from neutral out of habit. Fortunately, it was flat there.
The non-shift related issue is that my speedo and odometer crapped out, which is rather unfortunate, but I'll deal with that tomorrow afternoon or sometime next week.

hmmmm i really want to switch my bike to GP shift now lol. I dont like feeling my boot in between the pavement and shift lever when i hit the corners hard.
I dont think they make on looks like i may be getting creative
I have some Gilles in stock so you can check them out. I also have tons of Woodcraft in stock along with a display bike with Woodcraft rear sets.
Woodcraft is for the real riders/racers. Extremely functional and well made with all replacement parts available.
Gilles is extremely pretty and well manufactured, but you're paying allot more for the artwork and getting the same if not less performance factor.
Come visit us. We're open until 8pm. tonight.
