Because of the engine build, it tends to stall when cold. One idea I had was bump the idle up to 1600-1700 RPM.
When doing that, I noticed the heat spacer between the throttle bodies and manifold was broken. It was bored out to match the ported manifold, but was too much and got too close to the wall where the o-ring is.
Ordered a new one from Koso Canada and tossed it in. Good to go now.

I change brake fluids on my bikes annually or sooner. I haven’t touched the rear brake fluid because it’s a huge pain to access the reservoir cup. Pretty much remove the entire side bodywork, including my aftermarket side fairings.
Ordered 8mm tygon tubing from Kurvey Girl, some hose clamps, and an OEM Honda breather cap.
Now it’s easy to change out the fluid.

thanks for the reminder. I'm still waiting to order the brembo calipers. I'm going to go with P32 as opposed to P34 calipers. Still waiting on DHM to develop a new cam for the NEO engine kits that should bump up the horsepower around 3x the stock engine using ethanol free pump gas.

I'm tempted to pick this 250 Grom up: https://advrider.com/f/threads/honda...-2015.1761869/
Wow, crazy clean build.
How much is in this thing at this point?

I can resist everything but Pete's mom.
Thats actually not bad. Crazy that the prices are that low for a component that's the same but smaller.

the only pricy items for Groms are:
Ohlins shock ($550 range)
case cover that removes the oil spinner and adds an oil filter ($330 i think)
aRacer electronics ($1000 with autotuner, bluetooth, and cables)
everything else on these bikes is cheap. even OEM plastics from the dealer.
Brembo calipers, chimera caliper brackets, and chimera banjo bolts have arrived. Went with P32 calipers for my RCS14 master. From what I’ve read, the P32 caliper pairs well with RCS14, and the P34 caliper matches with the RCS15 master cylinder.
Can’t remember which one, but i believe it’s the P32 is the OEM rear for aprillas and Ducatis. So it’s easy to get pistons and seals for a rebuild.
