shared the garage with a 2015 H2 at last track day for this year in B group, no way I could keep up and the sound of the supercharger takes a bit to get used to.

I got to see the h2 and h2r go head to head around brands hatch a couple months ago. If you think the h2 is nuts you should see the r. It's ridiculous. It decimated the h2 around the track.

$26k for the standard, $53k for the R?!

I understand it's a sick innovative bike but damn, that pricetag is tough to look at for a Kawasaki

It's not all its cracked up to be. Since October 1 I have slept in my own bed 5 times and that's mostly due to being home for Christmas.

Can't even bring myself to buy a new bike. No time to enjoy it.

The h2r was about 3 seconds off the track record and the h2 was something like 5 seconds at brands hatch. With the exception of the British gp riders race either one would have one every single race, they are that fast. Even the gp guys where only a little quicker than they were. I couldn't tell where they made up the ground but they certainly had a much higher speed on the straights but they were no slouch in the corners.

Yeah... Still better all around than a busa, tho. (Obviously at a price.)

    Re: H2

Trellis frame and SingleSide Arm, can you say Ducasaki?

This summer I was sitting in the city center Indianapolis (Soldiers and Sailors monument) where all the bikes park during GP weekend, someone just in front of us had a brand new H2, he would start it every 15-10 minutes and rev the piss out of it for a minute or two then shut off, very unique sound for supercharged motor bouncing off the rev limiter...
He did it for hours... that poor bike, sadly I think most of them end up in those types of hands, posers with more money than brains.

If I had money probably still wouldn't buy it, it's a nice trick bike but at least 2X more power than I will ever need and I would be tempted to use it!
