My friend Jim Hamlin opened his own Shop & Store recently. He repairs all makes of bikes. He worked for a multi Japanese bike shop for some time and then worked for a Triumph & Moto Guzzi dealer. He also worked at Twisted Throttle. There is a grand opening this Sat. June 28. Come down-free food!(I'll be cooking). Address is 44 Grassy Plain Street (Rt. 53),Bethel, CT. 9am-4pm
Jim is a great guy. Very knowledgable and helpful. He has given me a lot of advice and assistance on the Tiger 1050 forum. I hope to go Sunday.

The grand opening is today. Bring your appetite-we have plenty of food! Jim does all types of suspension work. He did my Tiger with great results. Dialed it in perfect for my type of riding.
Drove by his place early yesterday afternoon, but couldn't stop in. Saw lots of people though, seemed like a good launch. Aside from being a good guy, Jim's (Hamlin) been around for a while and is knowledgeable and helpful. If memory serves, Jim used to come up and do track days with us at Loudon put on by another good friend of mine, Alex Merrell (LRRS Expert #100). Wish Jim the best success.
