I saw it this morning in the paper. I bet they give em the full 10 with chance of parole in like 4.

I read it this morning as well. If he gets the maxium of 10 , I say he won't make it the full 10. Maybe someone might bump him off while in prison.

I highly doubt he'll spend ONE day locked down. Even IF (BIG 'IF' there) he does, he'll spend his time in a white collar 'prison' practicing his back hand and his putt. Sad, but most likely how it'll pan out...

for offing a biker w/ a cage? don't think so... just doesn't seem to be the kinda thing that would outrage hardcore prison types like it does the riding community...

The fact that he is a biker doesn't make it more or less a crime. Either way this guy should rot. But like stoneman said, he'll prob get off pretty light.

definitely not. my point was that it doesn't make him more likely to get capped in prison... like, say, child molestation might. like Stoneman said, odds are-- IF he does any time at all-- it'll be at a country club where that won't even be an issue...
