    That's India, not uncommon to see young kids on scooters or bikes with their parents. Not safe, but not uncommon at all. And yeah I bet she's having fun too.

    That is cool. I know it's common there but.. I'm fighting with myself as to when I can take my 3 year old for a ride and how I'm going to do it. She wants to ride so bad now and I don't even have a bike for her to sit on till weather gets better. I know shes going to be all over me come spring. I gotta get her a helmet. Are there any laws on that? Have no idea.
