Pit Bull stands....

Hey all, I got a pit bull rear stand for my ducati. I tried to get a different pin for different sized axles and bought a used one off ebay. Of course it does not fit my pit bull stand. I've got the gold anodized stand as shown on the website. Did pit bull have an older different design? The seller of this used pin I bought is all types of a dick saying I have no idea what I'm talking about and even a blind person can see that he's right and I'm wrong...lol. All I can figure is either this guy is a douchenozzle or he's got an older design stand....before I ruin his perfect 100% feedback I want to consider maybe it's an older design or....???

Yes I will take some....just kinda wanted to know if pit bull has updated or changed their single sided rear stand design....

Just order the pin from Pitbull. I had exactly the same scenario with my Ducati/stand... One call and the right pin showed up at my house.

Which is what I will do.....but I tried to be cheap...New pin 45 bucks...used pin 8 bucks....

I looked on their site, what is shown is what I have and I've had it a few years, 2010 I think.

Is the pin too big? If yes just bring it over and I'll turn it down. You'll lose the finish but save some cash.

Are you putting the pin in from the wrong side?

I know on the newer Pitbull Duc SSSA stands the pin can be flipped to be inserted on the left or right side. Have you tried lifting the bike from both sides or flipping the pin?

Nope. The pin does not fit the stand. I have not even tried the pin on the bike at all...

Thank you for the offer, I also work in a machine shop. I think the used pin I bought is either an older design or this dude is a crack addict.
