When I talked to Scott on Thursday he said he was getting some stuff in. I'll check him out tomorrow.Quote:

as a consumer, you can buy directly from Fast by Ferracci, but not Sil Motor. For the Sils, you need to find a dealer. What type of clutch cover are you looking for? Carbon fiber, billet aluminum, I also saw a carbon fiber vented cover online today that was treated with kevlar for strength
Are you ready for this Monster (ous) ride on Sunday. You were right. It got big.
the red S4R at Naults is fitted with a Fast by Ferracci full titanium system if you want to see what they look like. I have the carbon one, so you already know what they look like.
:drink: :D :)
definitely. I hope its not too big thoughQuote:

I have mirrored you bike too much thus far. It is time to depart and make it my own. I'm not sure what kind of clutch cover I'm looking for as yet. But, something that lets the sound out and looks noice.Quote:

If you want a carbon fiber cover, your best bet is the Ducati Performance cover that I have. If you want billet aluminium, check Cycle Cat http://cyclecat.com/CC1-1.htmQuote:

Just to warn you though, once you get a vented clutch cover, you might find yourself wanting a colored clutch pressure plate to match the bike color http://cyclecat.com/PP1-1.htm
When I talked to Scott at Naults he said he had the billet aluminum. gonna check em out for that too tomorrow.Quote:

just food for thought, there's a guy on the Ducati Monster board that completely removed his clutch cover. Pretty sick, but a bit dangerous if your leg gets in the way
i wish i had a twin now...(i am out of the loop)

I can't seem to find any pics of the Monster with no clutch cover, but I'm sure you get the point.
No problem Wayne. good luck on the quest for parts, and Congrats on the bike:drink:Quote:

So sell the Honda like Wayne, and go out and buy one. Just don't get a blue and white Ducati Monster S4R. There are enough of these things running around now.:DQuote:

Just remember Wayne, Fast by Ferracci is the same thing as Sil Motor, just a different sticker on the cans. If you can find any Termignoni slip-ons for a good price, take them!!! They are amazing. Thats what I had on the 996S. They sound just like the Sils only louder. These are also what Ducati Performance is selling for the S4R, but they are expensive.Quote:

I also hope that you will at least have the clutch cover changed out by Sunday's ride. It's not a Ducati unless you can hear the clutch. It should sound good with stock cans. The clutch will be louder than the exhaust.:D
Have a few more then. You have plenty of time to rest up for Sunday morning:beer:    :drink: :beer:Quote:

Looks GREAT Wayne  :drink:
EVERY twin needs an exhaust!
I did pc3r, and exhaust with my friend on his '02 RC51. He should be there Sunday (he's 99% sure). It sounds killer :D
