I'm gonna need new gear

So I kinda sorta wrecked my Sidi Evo's and I'll be looking for some new boots. Has anyone had experience with the Puma Desmo boot? They're just so sexy looking. Also, the obvious Sidi Vertigo's and Corsa's come into play but I am primarily looking for a street boot.

I need a new jacket too and am thinking of the Alpinestar NYC. Experiences with it anyone?

Its the Sidi Vortice, and I confirmed with Riverside in Somerville that they WILL be carrying them (December/January timeframe)

I use a Sidi vertigo for the street. In my opinion you can't skimp on foot protection. Sidi is some of the best.

+1 I had a lil mishap a couple months ago and my vertigos did a fine job of protecting my left foot.

Sidi has always made good gear. Check out newenough.com for some pretty good prices. They have a good return policy as well.
