Wouldn't BPD look into this since the video is online? What about all the stories of people posting stupid things like this and getting arrested for posting videos online? That infuriates me about that douchebag... although I'd consider ramming him I'd certainly take his plate down and make a big claim.

Lots of the bikes in that vid didn't have plates. The SUV's plate either wasn't present on the front or was too dark to show up so no way to track them down that way. If BPD subpoenaed the vid poster's info it'd be easy to match the bike in the vid to the owner based on the customizations done.

Other that that and having his face in the video, he covered his tracks really well.
Lots of plates in those videos. Itd be a shame if BPD made an example of them.
