    Insurance auctions

    I've been kicking around the idea of getting an insurance auction bike to build into a track bike, but I know fuckall about licensing/regs etc. I've heard that some states allow any person off the street bid and buy, while others require licenses. Does anybody have the intel on the process in MA, CT, or NH? Thanks!
