1st check was for first appraisal, 2nd check came after 2nd appraisal. i dont see any letter saying first one is void. are both check good to go?

both are good to go, the second appraisal is just the difference from the actual cost of everything and the first appraisal.

It is called a supplemental appraisal- very common for additional damages to be found once the car/bike is torn down and new damage is found. Both checks are fine to cash
