Hey Everyone,
i was just wondering who everyone uses for insurance in MA? i am going to start calling around getting some quotes. i am trying to get the buying process rolling and what to know what to expect to pay for insurance. thanks everyone
Don't use Liberty Mutual, they suck BAD. Customer service is horrible, and every time you call wanting to spend more money, they sound like you are ruining their day. I DO NOT recommend them.
I heard AAA is decent....

I use Commerce Insurance, they seem to be okay. They were good when I crashed my car.I haven't had to use them regarding the bike (yet).

They were fast and easy to work with.

i've got metlife w/ a discount from work...
they cut me a check right quick (after i sent them the title, at least)
The only "intuitive" interface is the nipple.
With Commerce I paid about 600.00 for coverage with some extra for injuries added in there just in case. I have had no problems with Commerce they insure my cage also. I had Metropolitan before for my cage and they tried to screw me because I wasnt injured in the accident. They wanted to go after personal injury from the other insurance company, when they found out I wasn't hurt they threw my claim on the back burner.
I have used Commerce a couple of times for stuff other than the bike and they were allways easy to deal with, supplements and all. That is why they cover my bike and cage.

i called my agent with commerce today and got quoted at $550 for full coverage for a year on a 97 CBR600...i think that settles that debate for me...commerce it is.
i have Commerce as well- and I work there as an adjuster. Be careful out there- Got a claim with some kid who dumped his brand new bike on the highway- ended up losing an arm.
