    Need a sevice shop

    Hey i live in Arlington, MA., and i need a place to take my suzuki for service. I have to get a tune up, plugs and have my new pirelli's put on there.
    I left it at the dealership on monday, and i called on Weds, they had not touched it yet because of a screw they were waiting to come in before working on it.
    I called today and they still have not touched it!!! I asked them to just get it done and give me the screw when it comes in so i can put it in myself, and they told me its about 3-4 days before they will have a chance to work on it.
    This is ridiculous, i want to go get it back and take it somewhere that actually wants my business...
    Can anyone recomend such a place?
