Just sent you an email that I couldn't call up your website from an Allegiance T1 line. I also emailed you the error message I received.
Please include what browser you use.
IE? Netscape? other?
Just tried again with Firefox and got the same exact error message with a different client ID.

I've identified that it is the server (so many sites are down).
Not sure why it's from the outside only?

People that have been to the site regularly... weren't having issues.
If they cleared cookies/history, then problems arose.
I can get onto the site this morning. Seems very slow though. I'm using firefox.
I'm hitting it fine, from firefox. Never been there before from work, so it wasn't in my cache.
