    CT DMV Question

Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated.

I recently moved to CT from MA, and am hoping to register my bike in CT now. I understand that there is an inspection required for vehicles not previously registered in CT, and want to know if they will put up a fuss over an aftermarket exhaust and taillight-integrated turn signals.

    Thanks in advance

There is no inspection at all. Just a vin check. Hell...there isn't even an inspection for CARS in CT!

They are not supposed to check it. Some people are just asshats. Me personally, I go to a private dealership to get the vin check, that way DMV never even has a chance to see the bike. Plus that also means I don't have to wait forever for the person who does vin checks to "get around to it".
