do you think that there is any thing wrong with having tires that dont match in front and rear
front is pilot sport back is a power
The subtle differences in profile are designed to work best as a pair. I've seen plenty of folks riding with different tires from front to back.
I would say it will effect how your biek handles.... adversely maybe? you are gonna be the judge of that when you are on it.
I don't plan on mixing.

i think i am gonna leave em
wife will kill me if i keep spending money
as long as something crazy is going to happen like me loosing traction at 120 just because i hit a 100 foot long patch of sand
haha jsut kidding
anyway i just wasnt sure, they arent the same but how dfferent are they
I have no idea about the tires you have, but most problems that arise from running two different tires is when the compounds arent the same. If your front warms up a lot quicker than the rear, or the other way around, thats when bad things happen. If the only differences between the two tires is the profile, i wouldnt worry about it at all.Originally posted by roso

how do i know if the compunds are the same
If the label on the side is the same on both tires!Originally posted by roso

The power and sport are close enough that you won't have any problems.
