So, my next door neighbor was selling a bike...right now I am not too picky, wish I could be.

So now I am the proud new owner of a 1986 Honda Rebel 450.

Good thing I lost my MC license switching states a few years back, need to practice up to take the test again. Much, Much different then riding my GS500. At least I can say I have a bike again.

Also finding out, 450 owners are like a cult...not many of them out there. Think we will be working on restoring this one.

I'll grab a picture tomorrow, we are having trouble starting it. Starter brushings we think? It has a brand new battery in it so that isn't it. We finally burned out all the left over stabilizer from the winter.

depending on what state to what state and how long, you may not have to take a test, in mass you have 5 years to put it back on your license without a test, and I believe NH is about the same..
