So my dad and I are working on trying to get this. It is a 1971 Triumph T100C that is all original and has 11k on it. It has been in storage for over 30 years and was sitting next to the BMW in my uncles barn. Parts are bent (levers, shifter, peg mounts, front of the front fender is tweaked, etc), but everything is there. Tank is not rotted through from what I can tell without taking it off. Belongs to my dad's cousin who loves in Missouri now. We sent her an email but haven't heard anything back yet. When she replies what do you think would be an offer you would throw out there?

$300
depends on if you can get a title. It really helps sell in places like ma. as is with no paperwork probably $500 on craigslist. with paperwork more like $1000-1500 as is. Running decent and a little cleaned up with paper work closer to $3000.
Old Triumphs being collectible, I would guess around $1500-$2000 in that condition. Once restored you ought to be able to easily sell it for $5000 or more.
For a more informed opinion, you could contact Classic Bike Experience in Essex, VT. They specialize in old Britbikes. They'll also have or be able to get any parts you might need.

Love those pipe guards that just beg to have a hot dog cooked on them. Razees would have a good idea as well.

guy here at work says they arent worth much since its a 500. he says it costs the same to restore a 650 as it does a 500 but a 650 can bring $10k whereas a 500 may only bring $3k in mint condition. the only thing about that really has any value is that its a C. get it for as cheap as you can. i say .50 cents per cc

Those original exhaust pipes with the wire rack guards on them are worth almost as much as the whole bike. Very rare to see them in that condition!

Never understood the "collectability" of old, poorly made British bikes. I agree with the comments that get it for as cheap as you can.
