I got tired of the cluttered look of the front of my Multistrada. I'm also partial to bar end mirrors after years of using them. I took off the stock mirrors mounted the arrows and am left with this to clean up. Adam at Seacoast says we can secure the radial masters with sbk clamps but I'm still in need of a way to secure the hand guards. Any idea's appreciated.
I'm guessing that those are just the usual style clamps. If so, I would grab a few dimensions off of them and fab up a modified replacement plate.

Not too clear from the photos but are you saying that the hand guards mount to the same cap that the radial clutch master attaches to? Guessing that the right side controls mimic the left side that are in the photos.
If you don't care about ever putting the factory mirrors back on you could likely have a machine shop clean up the caps and remove the threaded mirror mount and then repaint or coat it the same way it is currently coated. Or you buy a spare set of the clamps and have them modified so you can go back to stock if need be at a later time.

That threaded mirror mount is a perfect spot for a Ram mount.

when i removed my mirrors i put one in that threaded hole. Ram actually makes one for it. i also have a handlebar clamp one too. i usually use the mirror mount one for my contour, but i will occasionally move my x grip up there

I can machine whatever you want for that.

machining the back part of the clamp would be ideal but if it were mine, i bet i would just start grinding away! smooth it all out (without removing important material, of course, looks like some excess up top) then shoot some black.
EDIT: oops, Joel said it!![]()

I was thinking of leaving the OE parts as is, should a future owner want to revert back to original or Rosco want his bar end mirror for the next bike.
Instead of machining any metal away, I'd come up with some kind of low-profile "cap" for it.
