The service manual for the ZX10R is available in .PDF format from various online sources, but it's just a scan -- 180+ MB.

Hey Kham, you got that fixed yet... I still don't understand why you didn't have a dealer do the work, free, and you would be riding it already

yea im all set thanks. got the oil change, $10/qt X 3 , and chain lube done. i can go riding this weekend.

im just not comfortable dropping the bike off to dealer for a day. it wasn't too much trouble to bring 2 wheels to them anyway.

the rear would cost $70 to mount and balance on the bike and $20 off the bike. it's kind of fun to take the wheels off.

I'm hoping you meant to say, "socket"? I believe it's a 32mm. Try Home Depot -- get a good one. And when you use it, put a piece of thin fabric or something over the nut first if you want to keep it looking new.

Oh, that thing. (then you already know it's a 36mm )

Some bike shops have those in stock, or items similar. I've had the OE-spec tools not be a precise fit.
