Resident Radar dude here.........Radar has no reflection variation on surface colors.......................LASER DOES.
Black absorbs more of the laser beam so the "reflected light" is less.
White, Pearl White OR Chrome reflects the most light (or laser beam).

RADAR: It can clock golf balls and tennis balls which has MUCH less surface area than any car, bike or skiier................
(Disclaimer: All this "clocking" depends on the traffic or background where the reading is being taken.)
