I thought Id pass this on because it was amazing, this was a call our department was called out to. this wreck happened at 70mph on route 95 .... to everyones surprise adn astonishment no one was hurt.... and he wasnt wearing a helmet

Wow, that guy was defintely lucky that the car dit not strike him harder. And that poor WR250 ...what a pity. I'd love to have one!
As far as helmets go, I am certainly all for wearing one, but I am against any law that is only written to protect one from one's self (ie. - seatbelt, helmet, etc).

Who was going 70Mph? Clearly the car was going considerably faster than the bike at one point. The video of this incident and how it played out so fortunate must be incredible.
