I feel like I've heard of these things, but anyone know the skinny on them? I'm not in the market, just curious...

You got my attention too. Tafuckizit?
Did you grit your teeth and try to look like Clint Fuckin' Eastwood?
Or did you lisp it all hangfisted like a fuckin' flower?
Never played with one but seen them around here and there. They are pretty freakin cool for what they are. I'd rock one as a pit bike but i'd probably kill myself on it.

i think razees has the bigger cc ones. I was toying with the idea of getting one but came to my senses.
That is kinda cool.
Here where I am I've seem youngsters ride in motorized bicicles...and they beat da hell outta it too.
They're a bit heavy, both the frame and wheel castings could be lighter without compromising strength. Standard chinese pitbike engines but they put a decent, Honda Wave derived 3 phase stator on them so they'll actually charge decently.
Pretty sure RG500 had/has one of these. Maybe send him a PM and ask about the quality or lack thereof?

Love to rock it, but not for the price of a regular bike.

There is a 125cc version that motoscoot sells.
Had it for a pit bike at the races. It was fun and my only feedback is that is tall and tough to get your leg over because it is at an awkward height. And even the middle bar is awkward too, but once you are on it, it is fun!
You can take the girl outta Jersey.....

I had a very cheap Mexican Knockoff. I sold it before I even got it running. I have heard good things a out the real ones. The one I had was a p.o.s.

Thanks for the info Mike. Wasn't sure whether yours was a Madassor not but remembered you had something similar.

At $1995 the seller is smoking crack! it's a 50cc version that probably retails for less. Ferrari stickers must really add the value
check this interview with my buddy POC Phil
as I suspected, MSRP for 50cc is $1999

don't think Razee sells them, they didn't come up on dealer locator

That Ferraried-out bike in the CL ad has the Lifan Chinese engine. I'd recognize that chrome-oval side cover anywhere. I believe Lifan makes larger engines that will bolt right in though.
