remember my scam bike? i'v forgotten and just realize after talking to another lawyer that the only thing left is collecting. that is not happening because my lawyer is not responding to my call. my guess is he is not able to collect. so now what?

if anyone can help me collect, you can take the bike for free. still sittin in the garage.

If you collect your money won't you have to give the bike back to it's original owner?

Do you know the name/phone number of the loan originator who holds the title? I'd say they're the people you need to talk to, they have just as much interest in getting their money as you do yours, and they have the legal clout to get it.

Of course, the risk is that they could, in theory, repo the bike if the guy hasn't been making his loan payments.

no! the lawyer told me to keep it and that i was suppose to get $500mnt or something.

the lawyer didn't die yet. he is there. he's just not responding.

im gonna write a demand letter that he respond to me as suggested.

    it was an 02 F4i. i don't want a track bike.

Just a thought, If you can't recover you might want to try parting it out or selling it as a track only (non registerable) won't get full value but better than nothing I guess...

sorry i wasn't as clear as i can be.

the last letter i got from the attorney said that the judgement was entered against him and that i was suppose to receive $500/mth until the balance which is $5k. i have not seen a single check yet.

i don't know what to do.

can't get blood out of a stone, yer best bet, once you get an official judgement, sell your judgement for up front cash and run sell the bike too, parting it out will prolly bring you best cash

You contact the court (Building) where the judgement was written

Go to the clerk of court at the court house and see what paperwork you need to file.

The Attorney will only cost you $$$$.
