I bought an old (2000) VFR that has elcetrical issues. The battery seems to hold a charge but it won't start. Could be as simple as a blown fuse or something more serious. I can certainly get it to a shop but if there is a mechanically inclined NESRer out there who wants to pick up some bucks I am happy to do that as well. PM if interested.
It is your regulator/rectifier. I just so happen to have a brand new one that I will drive out and install for you if you buy it off me. If that doesn't fix the problem, you can be entertained by watching me eat my own shoe.

When I used to live in Mansfield I went to M1M for all my motorcycle needs, service was good and fairly priced, check 'em out: http://www.m1mmotorsports.com/index.htm

Thanks - Lou at M1M is a nice guy. I took previous bikes there but he doesn't seem to know that much about sportbikes.
